Welcome....The Residents’ Association charter is to
communicate with residents to promote concerns and friendship along with
communicating with the WHV Board of Directors and management on resident
concerns and promote community life and financial soundness.
The Resident Council is made up of fifteen residents who manage and
direct the association. The council selects five officers: president,
vice president, secretary, treasurer and assistant treasurer
There are also three residents who also serve, by appointment on the
Board of Directors.

WHV Residents’ Association was incorporated as a non-profit
association in May of 2003
